About the role
We are hiring a Product Designer to own experiences across our consumer and advisor products. You will be embedded in a squad with a product manager and engineers, involved from the first problem statement all the way to post-launch measurement.
Financial services can feel cold and confusing. Our job is to make it clear, calm and genuinely helpful. That means real user research, careful information design and a lot of iteration.
You will also help evolve our design system — the shared language that keeps every surface of the product feeling like one product.
What you will do
- Own design end to end for your squad — discovery, concepts, prototypes, handoff
- Run user interviews and usability sessions, and turn findings into decisions
- Build interactive prototypes to pressure-test ideas before engineering starts
- Contribute components and patterns to our design system
- Partner closely with engineers to make sure what ships matches the intent
- Present work and rationale clearly to stakeholders across the company
What we are looking for
- 4+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows your thinking
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
- Experience running your own user research, not just consuming it
- Strong visual craft and a good instinct for typography and hierarchy
- Comfortable working with engineers and speaking their language
- Bonus: experience in fintech, insurance or another regulated space
