No technical background needed. If you can use email and a web browser, you are ready.

1. AI Demystified – how modern AI works, what it’s good at, where it fails
2. Prompting that Works – hands-on prompting with ChatGPT and Claude
3. AI at Work and Home – emails, summaries, research, planning and study
4. Using AI Responsibly – accuracy, bias, privacy and ethics, plus your personal AI toolkit

How the live classes work

All sessions run live on Zoom with camera-on, face-to-face teaching. The Zoom link is shared with enrolled learners before each session. Bring a laptop so you can follow along.
