VAT or GST is calculated based on the location of the customer. Instructors are responsible for their own income tax obligations.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted if the course has not been accessed, if the content is defective or misrepresented, or if the refund request is submitted within the stated timeframe, such as 7 or 14 days. Refunds cannot be issued for completed courses, generated certificates, or digital materials that have already been accessed or downloaded.
